All referees must be certified for the current year in order to work an  FRPA sanctioned league and/or tournament game. Certification fees are $20.00. Make check payable to  FRPA Athletics. Mail your check and completed Certification form to:  Russ Stanley, St. Petersburg Athletics, 1320 5th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.

Required Uniform: F.R.P.A. Officials Hat, Striped Officials Shirt with pocket, Black shorts/pants, white socks, and black shoes. Official  F.R.P.A. ball markers, penalty flag, countdown timer, scorecard, and pencil.
